Booking Form for Pottery Courses at Questions before you Book -
If you require any further information about the courses or safaris, the accommodation, the food etc., or Malawi in general, please contact Chris Stevens at Paragon Ceramics Ltd., P.O. Box 54 , Dedza , Malawi . Booking Procedure - Please either print off the booking form or ask us to e-mail or post you a form which you can complete and return to us by email, fax or airmail. A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 35 days before departure date. We aim to confirm all bookings within 5 working days of receipt of booking form. Changes of Dates - Course dates can be changed with no charge up to 35 days before a course begins; with a 10% charge from 35 to 5 days; and 20% charge for changes less than 5 days before a course begins. When you change dates we will always try to suit your new dates but sometimes, due to other bookings, we may ask you for second choice dates. Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation before 35 days we can offer a credit for the full value of the deposit which can be used for a future course or to purchase any of our products to be sent to any address in the world. Cancellations charges after 35 days are:- 35 to 5 days 15%; less than 5 days 30%. Calculating how much to pay - Firstly please complete Page 2 of this form. Then, using the prices on the page headed “Course Dates & Fees” complete the box below to see both the total payable and the deposit required. If you will be eligible for any of the discounts mentioned we will normally send you a quotation prior to booking so that you can see exactly what to pay.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:- By bank transfer from within Africa : Account of Paragon Ceramics Ltd; A/C No. 034 0055318900, Standard Bank, International Dept., Malawi. SWIFT Code SBICMWMX. By posting a cheque drawn in £ sterling, crossed and payable to “Paragon Ceramics Ltd”. By credit card – we welcome VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club International, or JCB. Please note that there is an EXTRA 5% charge for the use of cards within Malawi . If paying by card the 10% deposit will be debited immediately and, unless you ask us to do otherwise, the balance will be debited 35 days before the course begins. However Paragon Ceramics Ltd., including their staff, regretfully cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused as a result of staying in accommodation, or taking part in any activity at Nkhotakota Pottery Lodge or beach or any journey or activity organised elsewhere by Paragon Ceramics Ltd. It is a condition of booking that all guests should have reasonable insurance to cover them against medical expenses, personal injury, and loss or damage to personal possessions. We also recommend that you include cancellation insurance. The booking of a course is taken as acceptance of these conditions for all the persons booked on this form.
