Completion Time

When all the items on an order are available in stock we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of order. For items that are not in stock and for special orders the standard time for completion is 6 weeks; this is to allow for slow drying and 2 firings and to allow time to redo an item that is classified as second grade when unloaded from the kiln. However many orders are completed much faster.

Delivery

The costs for delivery vary from country to country so we will need to quote for each order.

except our “Special Offers” where the prices apply to all countries. Where appropriate we will quote for alternative forms of delivery.

Surface Post - is the method we use for most export orders up to 30 Kgs. Surface post usually takes about 60 days to arrive, and has proved very safe and reliable. In most countries parcels will be delivered to your door.

Express Mail - is FAST and reliable; from 7 to 10 days to Europe and North America . Although rather expensive it is very useful for urgent orders. Parcels sent by Express are normally delivered to your door by courier.

DHL Express Courier – This is the fastest delivery service and takes 3 working days or less to most destinations.

Airfreight - is fast and reliable with parcels usually arriving within 21 days, but airfreight parcels have to be collected from an airport. For parcels over 20 kgs Airfreight is usually cheaper than Express Post and for parcels over 50 Kgs Airfreight is usually cheaper than Surface Post.
