Parcels Lost in the Post - Most parcels sent by Surface Post arrive within 60 days and by Express Mail with 15 days. However very occasionally parcels are delayed for long periods. When we post a parcel we email or post by airmail a dispatch advice note. If the parcel has not arrived within 4 months of dispatch in the case of Express Mail, and 8 months in the case of Surface Post then contact us so that we can arrange a replacement parcel to be sent.

Parcels sent by DHL – These can be tracked on-line and usually arrive in 3 – 6 days anywhere. If a parcel has not arrived within 1 month of dispatch, and cannot be traced we would send a replacement.

Parcels lost by Airfreight - Parcels should arrive within a few days of dispatch and certainly within 3 weeks, to date no airfreight parcel has ever gone missing. Airfreight parcels have Airwaybill Numbers and this will be posted to you by airmail, or sent by e-mail, the day after dispatch. If the parcel has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch contact the destination airport and quote the Airwaybill Number; this should immediately trace the parcel. If this fails then contact us. If we cannot trace the parcel from this end the order will be redone and dispatched again.
